Pharmaceutical
Ego Pharmaceuticals - The Green Core sustainability project
Ego Pharmaceuticals has been a leader in skincare that is backed by science for 70 years and now produces over 150 different products including over the counter and prescription skincare. The Green Core sustainability project will enable Ego to double its annual production capacity, while enhancing its commitment to environmentally responsible practices and reduced carbon emissions.
Commerical Office
Chadstone Shopping Centre - Tower 1
Part of a $500m expansion to Chadstone Shopping Centre in Melbourne’s southeast, the building houses 15,788sqm of lettable space over nine dedicated office levels plus ground floor facilities and an extensive multi-level basement carpark. The project achieved the designed 5 Star Green Star & 5.5 NABERS Energy & Water ratings.
Data centre
AirTrunk - MEL1S1
This project is the first stage of a 185+MW IT load data centre constructed at Derrimut, in Melbourne Victoria. The facility supports AirTrunk’s and their client’s IT equipment as well as ancillary office and operational areas and a dedicated onsite zone substation. The facility is designed as a ‘Mission Critical Facility’ meeting the requirements of a Tier III data centre as defined by the Uptime Institute. With a design PUE of 1.15.
Local Government
Dandenong Municipal Building Project
The building includes: a new regional library, customer services facility, Council chambers, community meeting rooms, Council
offices, an open-air civic plaza and event spaces. The project achieved the designed 5 Star Green Star Design rating.
Sports & Leisure
National Tennis Centre - Eastern Plaza
Eastern Plaza is a vital part of the government’s multi-million dollar upgrade of the Melbourne Park Sporting precinct. Incorporating eight indoor courts and 13 outdoor courts for elite training and general public use as well as change room facilities and a gymnasium.
Commerical Office
Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) – 41 Exhibition St
41x is a 21-story premium commercial office development and the home of the Australian Institute of Architects. The building is the first strata-titled commercial office building in Melbourne to target carbon neutrality over its thirty-year operating cycle. The project achieved the designed 5-Star Green Star and 5-Star NABERS Energy (base building) ratings.
Education
New Schools Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project
The New Schools Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project delivered 12 high priority new government schools across Victoria. The schools are designed as community hubs and will encourage community use and additional community facilities and programs through a partnership with the YMCA.
The schools will also support the inclusion of all learners and their abilities.
Retail
Millers Junction Retail Development
Millers Junction Village is a single level open air shopping centre with a focus on convenience, casual dining and leisure. Owned and managed by Charter Hall, Millers Junction Village was built in 2019 as a community hub for the locals.
State Government
Shrine of Remembrance "Galleries of Remembrance"
The redevelopment project includes new administrative areas, several education spaces including a new lecture theatre and
approximately 2000sqm of new exhibition space which houses one of the last surviving Devanha Landing Boats.
The new exhibition space includes critical environmental control systems to maintain temperature and humidity within the strict lending requirements of other world class museums, crucial to the preservation of the artefacts.
Data centre
Undisclosed Financial Services Data Centres
This project involved the design and construction of two identical data centres at separate locations. The facilities were designed and constructed to the highest quality and detail. With high efficiency and low PUE targets a key project requirement.
